Pizza Forte was born from a simple dream: to bring authentic Italian pizza to the heart of Budapest. In 2010, our founder Marco Benedetti left his hometown of Naples with a family recipe passed down through four generations and a burning passion to share the true taste of Italy.
What started as a small 20-seat pizzeria on Hidegkúti út has grown into one of Budapest's most beloved pizza destinations. But no matter how much we grow, our commitment remains the same – every pizza is crafted with the same love and attention as that very first one.
We import our flour from Italy, use San Marzano tomatoes, and let our dough ferment for 72 hours. Because we believe that great pizza isn't just about ingredients – it's about patience, tradition, and heart.
