A Journey of Passion & Flavor

Pizza Forte was born from a simple dream: to bring authentic Italian pizza to the heart of Budapest. In 2010, our founder Marco Benedetti left his hometown of Naples with a family recipe passed down through four generations and a burning passion to share the true taste of Italy.

What started as a small 20-seat pizzeria on Hidegkúti út has grown into one of Budapest's most beloved pizza destinations. But no matter how much we grow, our commitment remains the same – every pizza is crafted with the same love and attention as that very first one.

We import our flour from Italy, use San Marzano tomatoes, and let our dough ferment for 72 hours. Because we believe that great pizza isn't just about ingredients – it's about patience, tradition, and heart.

Marco Benedetti

Founder & Head Chef

Born in Naples, Marco brings over 30 years of pizza-making expertise. His family recipe is the foundation of every Pizza Forte creation. He personally trains every chef to ensure consistency and quality.

Anna Kovács

Operations Director

Anna ensures that every Pizza Forte location runs smoothly. With 15 years in hospitality management, she's the backbone of our operations, always finding ways to improve customer experience.

László Nagy

Executive Chef

László trained under Marco for 8 years before becoming Executive Chef. He leads our kitchen team with creativity and precision, developing new recipes while honoring our traditional roots.

Sofia Molnár

Customer Experience Manager

Sofia ensures every customer leaves with a smile. She oversees our service standards, handles feedback, and constantly innovates ways to make dining at Pizza Forte even more special.

Key milestones in the Pizza Forte story

2010

The Beginning

Marco Benedetti opens the first Pizza Forte on Hidegkúti út with just 20 seats and a dream. Word spreads quickly about the authentic Neapolitan pizza.

2013

First Expansion

Due to overwhelming demand, we expand our original location and introduce delivery services to reach more pizza lovers across Budapest.

2016

Award Recognition

Pizza Forte wins "Best Pizza in Budapest" award. We launch our catering service for events and corporate clients.

2019

Franchise Launch

We open our franchise program, allowing passionate entrepreneurs to bring Pizza Forte to new locations across Hungary.

2022

Sustainability Initiative

Launch of our green initiative: eco-friendly packaging, local sourcing program, and zero food waste commitment.
